Alpha Epsilon Omega - Armenian Educational Relief Foundation (AERF)
Umaniti Clothing & Armenian Educational Relief Foundation Partnership
Umaniti Clothing is pleased to announce its partnership with the Armenian Educational Relief Foundation (AERF). Umaniti Clothing will donate 20% of their profits to AERF for one year starting January 1, 2007. The donations will be used to purchase necessary supplies for several kindergartens in Armenia. The harsh conditions that the children in Armenia face everyday must be altered dramatically and Umaniti Clothing strongly believes that this program is the gateway to secure the future of Armenian youth. AERF does everything in its power to ensure that the donations get to the children by traveling and delivering the supplies themselves. Furthermore, AERF believes that the future of Armenia belongs to its youth. They also believe that every child has the right to a proper education. As a result of this, AERF is dedicated to create the necessary conditions that provide a pleasant environment and education for all the children in Armenia. They believe that proper education starts from a young age; therefore helping out kindergartens that require the most necessities first will be a big success. They are nonetheless willing to commit their efforts to facilitate the development of education in all aspects of Armenian life. Taking into consideration that needs exist throughout Armenia, AERF cannot provide all of these needs, only devoting its donations to the most urgent situations. They provide supplies ranging from desks, writing materials, beds, and even refrigerators. Many kindergartens in the outskirts of Armenia either lack basic supplies or have outdated ones. These donations of the essential supplies give the eager young children of Armenia the basic elements required to start their education on the right track. Umaniti was established in 2005 to bring forth the vision of social awareness through fashion. Consisting of dress shirts, hooded sweaters, and t-shirts, Umaniti conveys thought and emotion not only to the consumer, but to the viewer as well. Their clothing has been meticulously thought out from start to finish, as they thrive on uniqueness without losing touch on fashion sense. Committed to quality, Umaniti provides the finest fabric while attending to fit, style, and originality. Hand picked artists work to come up with powerful images that speak for themselves. Umaniti aims to promote understanding of issues affecting all humankind through its clothing line. By distinguishing itself from the safe played clothing companies that generate minimal to no passion and thought, Umaniti picks up where other clothing companies have fallen short. It is imperative that we create a vision that compels audiences throughout the world. In order to do this, Umaniti will provide its customers with thought provoking fashion attire. On its journey to reach as many people as possible, Umaniti also aims to help other organizations, by providing donations from sales. Umaniti representatives are very excited about this partnership and look forward to working diligently side by side so they can provide the Armenian Educational Relief Foundation with the maximum amount of donations. Also, Umaniti has signed Vanes Martirosyan, super welterweight contender, to a one year contract to help reach as wide of an audience as possible. CEO of Umaniti, Ararat Oganesyan, said; “We are very excited to have Vanes onboard.” Oganesyan went on saying, ”Vanes is one of the kindest and most caring people that I have ever known. This was evident during our first meeting when he told me how much he loves his heritage and wants to do as much as he can to help out those that are less fortunate.” ### Alpha Epsilon Omega’s Armenian Educational Relief Foundation Successfully Completes its Inaugural Project in Armenia
